It all starts with The Five Behaviors assessment, which measures how the team performs in five areas: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. Powered by Everything DiSC®, a research-validated personality tool, this assessment helps participants identify their individual DiSC® style and discover how each style brings value to the team.
2. Get your personalized insights in a report.
Once participants complete the assessment, they will receive a personalized report that will help them better understand their work style, themselves, and their teammates. Additionally, teams can review how their behavior stacks up against the Five Behaviors model. This information will allow the team to identify areas for improvement and create action plans to enhance their dynamics.
3. Transform Your Teams through the Powerful Facilitation Experience
The facilitation experience occurs over a one-day or three-day virtual or in-person training session led by a trained Five Behaviors expert. This training brings the personalized Team Development report insights to life through powerful breakout activities and group discussions that help the team translate the learnings into impactful everyday practices.
